Orthodontist vs. Dentist

Orthodontists and dentists both work on oral health, but their specialties differ. Dentists handle general dental care, such as cleanings and fillings. Orthodontists, like Dr. Ragan, specialize in correcting teeth and jaw alignment using braces, clear aligners, and other appliances. This specialized training ensures that orthodontists can provide the most effective treatments for straightening teeth and correcting bites.
