Christie
Office Manager
Christie has been married to her husband for 21 years and has a grown daughter, a son-in-law, and fur baby named Bella. She loves spending time with friends and family, traveling to the beach, working out, and doing DIY projects around the house.
She likes to watch TV shows such as New Amsterdam, The Black List, The Good Doctor, The Resident, and Blindspot and movies such as The Shooter and The Blind Side. Her favorite books are The Girl on the Train, Never Knowing, and Still Missing.
Christie is in charge of all things administrative. She hires and manages the staff and handles billing, payroll, reporting, and insurance.
She has been working for Dr. Ragan for over 20 years, and with her vast orthodontic experience, you will also see Christie assisting in the back chairs and in the lab when needed. She loves building relationships with patients and seeing their confidence grow throughout their treatment.
Brooke
Front Desk
Brooke likes to shop, watch movies, and hangout with her main squeeze Colton and stepdaughter Kandace. Her favorite movie is Girls Trip and she loves watching The Bachelorette and Big Brother reality shows.
As the first smiling face you see when you walk into the office, Brooke is here to help you. She keeps the office flowing by greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and responding to any questions you may have.
Her favorite thing about working with Ragan Orthodontics is communicating and building relationships with the patients.

Krystal
Lead Orthodontic Assistant
Krystal loves spending time with family and friends, shopping, and watching movies such as The Goonies. Her favorite TV show is The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, and her favorite book trilogy is The Hunger Games.
Krystal has worked with Dr. Ragan for 5 years and ensures the back office runs smoothly and efficiently. She ultimately tries to create an excellent patient experience that she is proud of and loves meeting and getting to know our patients and working with the staff is always fun!
Rachel
Orthodontic Assistant
Rachel stays busy with her three children (Lexi is 12, David is 11, and Kate is 5), a dog named Shelby, and Noah their cat. Her kids are involved in volleyball, baseball and gymnastics. She loves spending time with family, traveling, and learning new things.
She watches Stranger Things, Good Girls and This Is Us as well as all the Avengers movies and of course Disney movies. Her favorite books are by Francine Rivers such as Redeeming Love, Her Daughter’s Dream, and Her Mother’s Hope.
You will see Rachel hands-on “in the back” as we call it, assisting with placing brackets, wires, and all things braces!
Diana
Orthodontic Assistant
Diana enjoys going shopping, online shopping, makeup, and spending time with her family, especially going to movies with her husband and kids. One of her favorite movies is Dear John, and her favorite TV shows are Being Mary Jane and Good Girls.
Diana has been with Dr. Ragan for three years and is responsible for checking daily schedules for appliances used “in the back,” as well as chair side assisting and submitting for all the Invisalign patients.
She enjoys working with the great staff who works as a team and says our patients are awesome!
Linda
Lab Tech
Linda enjoys playing the flute and other musical instruments and riding her scooter. She is very close to her two older sisters and younger brother and enjoys watching any Jurassic Park movie as well as TV shows such as old westerns and Turner Classic Movies.
Linda fabricates orthodontic appliances which is such a tedious skill. You will often see her through the window in her lab. She loves working with state-of-the-art equipment and being part of a team who is so fun to work with.
Julia
Marketing
Julia manages all things marketing-related in the office from branding, social media, promotional items, and the website. You will see her from time to time in the office at her desk as you walk past the step-and-repeat photo stations at the Park Cities office.
She has known Dr. Ragan most of his life, since she is his sister!
She has been married for 12 years and has two children — Katelyn (11) and Tripp (9) — and a black petite lab named Sadie.
She loves spending time with family and friends and enjoys reality TV such as The Real Housewives, The Bachelor, Southern Charm, and The Food Network, as well as watching movies and flipping through magazines when not listening to podcasts.
